The distinguishing ninety day´s diet.
Before you start
You have decided for 90day´s diet,but before starting with it you should visit your doctor if you have any health trouble.
Bear up in your decision und observe exactly all instructions of eating. Be careful with your choice and combination of food. Prepare all your meals alone at home,you can modulate the food, but only what is allowed. Remember! The less you eat the more you slim down
Take care of yourself
Take up something new. Get exercise every day: go upstairs,go for a walk or ran…just keep in moving.Get some relax-meditation,joga,educate yourself.
Measure yourself: the weight,hips,waist,thighs, today and every auqatic day. Remember to start day with a glass of water with a small spoon of fruit vinegar and honey. You should be able to drink 2liters of water till evening.
Important
Make out your IBW(index of body weight) which you would like to achieve. The goal of 90 day´s diet is not only the lost of weight which you have moreover,but also the change in your metabolism.That´s garantie that you will keep your kilos. Therefore after this diet keep another 90 days eating fruit for breakfast,choose yourself the other meals during a day,but try to keep the balanced food. Don´t forget on the right combination of food. Never mix albuminous with carbohydrate and keep the exactly date of catering. If you lose another 3kilos in following three months your metabolism has changed. Your metabolism won ´t change in case you break the diet earlier. Keep going when you have already decided for. You won´t stay without success. If you follow the instractions you can lose from 18 to 25 kilos. The main question about the diet is,how much do you want to slim down? If you want to slim down more,consume only stewed meal,cooked meal,leave out the bread,make smaller portions of fruit for breakfast. If you want the meal more tasty and more variegated or sometimes roasted,your loss will be less. How much you lose weight it will depents on your amount and the method of preparation the meal.
Some advises for cooking
Use only qualitative oil( one teespoon for cooking,one teespoon for salad)then,various kind of spices and herbs. Don´t be afraid of new flavours.Use salt as less as possible,use salt just before serve up.In this diet are various kind of vegetables: green-stuff,root crop,legumes and cereals. Prepare them after your taste.Buy only qualitative vegetables and don´t make any reserves. The tin-can or frozen vegetable is also in good quality.Get new kind of vegetable and you will surprised by the new taste.
Drinking-important
Drink at least 2liters of water daily,better more than less.You can drink tee or fruit-vegetable juice.ATTENTION: juice is like a one portion of meal! A coffee is allowed but without milk or sugar.Let´s try rye coffee. Alcohol isn´t allowed during diet,it stops the sliming down process.
CYCLES OF CATERING
The reseaches have proved that,the metabolism in human body is in 3day´s cykle:
1.The cleaning cycle is from 4 a.m till 12 a.m.In this time you should eat just fruits,and drink water,tee or low caloric drinks as much as possible(during diet eat only fruit for breakfast)
2. receiving cycle- is from 12 a.m. till 8 p.m in the evening. It´s time for ingesting food.By eating doesn´t matter how big is your portion but more important is to keep the right combination and the right time between the meals. During that week you eat meat and vegetable there must be 4 hours break between the meals. When you have starchy or carbohydrate day, there should be only 3 hours break. The first 3 days you ought to eat three times a day(breakfast,lunch,dinner). If you are hungry late in the morning,you can have one piece of fruit or juice,of course without suger! On the fourth day-fruit day,it´s allowed to eat several times a day( one piece of fruit and one glass of juice is counted as one portion meal)
3. digestixe cycle lasts from 8 p.m. till 4a.m. After 8p.m. don´t eat anything!!!
CYCLE OF DAYS:
The diet consists of 4 days- Protein-day,Starch-day, Carbohydrate-day and Fruit-day. Than you repeat.
BREAKFAST is the same every day: fruits (two pieces of apple, or orange,fruit juise, minimum one hour before lunch…)
1.Day:PROTEINIC DAY
LUNCH: It´s allowed cooked or stewed white meat without skin(lean beef meat,pork,hare,turkey,fish or seafood or tofu). Instead of meat, you get have two eggs,cheese or cottage cheese but in the same portion as meat. We count the milk products to proteins , that´s why you can eat them during this day. Let´s prepare a lot of salad and several kind of vegetables which you can stew or put it in the oven just for few minutes to stay crunchy. One slide of whole(graham)bread and 3 dl pure soup could be made of beef tea. This beef tea-pure soup should be drunk immediately after lunch. Don´t combine various kinds of proteins( meat with milk products,meat with eggs,eggs with milk products)
DINNER: You can eat the same meal as for the lunch but without the soup. If you have had a meat for lunch you have to eat it for dinner as well,the same goes for another choice food. The portion for dinner has to be smaller(the half of portion) than for lunch. Eat it without bread.
2.DAY:GLUTEN DAY
LUNCH: You can eat bean,peas,lens,soya,garbanzo,rise or potatoes. Everything must be prepared on very little amount of oil. You can eat one slide of bread,salad made of various kinds of vegetables and various kinds of vegetables side dishes. When it is the turn of the gluten day,you should always have vegetable beef tea or vegetable cube.
DINNER: The same as for lunch,but in a smaller portion than for lunch and also without a bread.Remember that,everything what you have eaten for lunch(a full soup plate) should be the half of portion for dinner!
3Day:CARBOHYDRATE DAY
LUNCH: It´s allowed to eat pasta with various kind of vegetable´s gravy(souse) flavoured with spices and herbs or pizza with tomatoes souse. You can also prepare whatever solty baker´s ware but not made from sponge or solty pretzels as big as a pizza. You can prepare pancakes but, of course without eggs and milk. Well, you can also prepare something from buckwheat,millet,barley and others cereals.
DINNER: One piece of cake or three pieces of small baker´s ware or three knolls of ice cream and one whole chocolade for cooking. Instead of sweets you can have something solty or one piece of pizza.
4Day:VITAMINIC DAY
During this day use up only fruits. The combination of fruit it´s up to you. If you prefer eating various kinds of fruits,just eat them,but if not,than eat just only one kind of fruit.It is allowed fresh or dried fruits,nuts or seeds. The most healthy is fresh fruits a unstripped fruits. It´s allowed to eat compotes,cooked vegetable mash,vegetable soups but also baked fruits. You can use saccharine. If you don´t like fruits you can combine it with vegetables.
WATER DAY
Ones in a month you have to have “water day“ and it is on every 29 day of month.The waterday is followed by the vitaminic day,after that the proteinic day follows. During water day it´s allowed to drink only water! You should drink water in each day of this diet!

2 DAY:Butter beans with vegetable
3 DAY:Filled tomatoes
4 DAY:Baked bananas
